Abstrak

Tinggi timbulan limbah B3, rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang bersertifikat PLB3, serta lemahnya kolaborasi lintas sektor merupakan permasalahan utama yang sering terjadi dalam pengelolaan limbah B3 di industri. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan ketrampilan pengelolaan limbah B3 bagi manajemen dan karyawan Perusahaan galangan kapal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, pembinaan teknis, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan, yaitu kesadaran lingkungan dari 40% menjadi 85%, pengetahuan regulasi dari 35% menjadi 80%,  keterampilan memilah limbah B3 dan non-B3 dari 45% menjadi 85% serta terbentuknya kemitraan baru lintas sektor antara perusahaan, asosiasi industri, institusi pendidikan, dan pemerintah daerah. Kolaborasi ini memperkuat jejaring pengelolaan limbah di kawasan industri serta membuka peluang replikasi pada perusahaan lain. Keberlanjutan kegiatan mendorong komitmen perusahaan dalam mengintegrasikan pengelolaan limbah ke dalam kebijakan internal. Program edukasi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM, memperkuat kepatuhan regulasi, serta menumbuhkan budaya pengelolaan limbah berkelanjutan di Perusahaan galangan kapal.
