Skrining Penyakit Menular dan Kesehatan Mental untuk Deteksi Dini dan Peningkatan Literasi Kesehatan Mahasiswa Keperawatan melalui Kolaborasi Prodi Keperawatan dan Puskesmas Waingapu, Nusa Tenggara Timur

Mahasiswa keperawatan rentan terhadap penyakit menular dan gangguan kesehatan mental akibat padatnya aktivitas akademik serta praktik klinik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan melakukan skrining penyakit menular dan kesehatan mental untuk deteksi dini dan peningkatan literasi kesehatan mahasiswa Prodi Keperawatan Waingapu melalui kolaborasi dengan Puskesmas Waingapu. Sebanyak 81 mahasiswa mengikuti kegiatan yang dilaksanakan melalui tahapan persiapan, skrining, tindak lanjut, dan edukasi. Hasil skrining penyakit menular menggunakan pemeriksaan fisik dan rapid test hepatitis B menunjukkan seluruh peserta (100%) negatif. Skrining kesehatan mental dengan DASS-21 menunjukkan 60,5% mahasiswa mengalami stres ringan–sedang, 25,9% kecemasan sedang–berat, dan 13,6% depresi ringan. Seluruh peserta dengan skor tinggi mendapat konseling awal dan diarahkan untuk tindak lanjut. Edukasi tentang pencegahan penyakit menular dan manajemen stres meningkatkan skor rata-rata pengetahuan dari 62,5 menjadi 82,3. Kegiatan ini berdampak pada peningkatan kesadaran dan kemampuan deteksi dini mahasiswa terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental melalui kemitraan efektif antara institusi pendidikan dan puskesmas.
