Abstrak

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk beradaptasi dengan inovasi berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI). Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi penggunaan AI dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan pada UMKM di Kelurahan Bulusari, meliputi aspek pemasaran, operasional, dan layanan pelanggan. Metode pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis literatur dan studi kontekstual terhadap kondisi UMKM lokal. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta meningkatkan inovasi produk UMKM. Namun, tantangan utama meliputi rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan biaya, dan infrastruktur. Pengabdian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategi implementasi AI yang realistis untuk skala UMKM di Kelurahan Bulusari serta peluang kolaborasi dengan komunitas digital.
