Benchmarking Berbasis Experiential Learning ke Pusat Krisis dan Kegawatdaruratan Kesehatan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk Penguatan Kompetensi Gawat Darurat Mahasiswa Diploma III Keperawatan

Kompetensi respons gawat darurat mahasiswa keperawatan perlu diperkuat melalui pembelajaran yang terhubung dengan sistem layanan nyata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa Diploma III Keperawatan dalam memahami Sistem Penanggulangan Gawat Darurat Terpadu (SPGDT), prinsip triase, rujukan, dan pelayanan pre-hospital. Metode yang digunakan adalah benchmarking berbasis experiential learning melalui paparan institusi, simulasi penanganan kegawatdaruratan, diskusi, observasi ruang SPGDT, dan show unit ambulans. Peserta kegiatan adalah 31 mahasiswa yang dievaluasi menggunakan pre-test, post-test, kuesioner kepuasan, dan observasi partisipasi. Hasil menunjukkan rerata pengetahuan meningkat dari 65,64 menjadi 87,42 dengan selisih 21,78 poin, disertai partisipasi aktif peserta selama diskusi dan observasi. Kepuasan peserta berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rerata 4,66. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan penguatan pemahaman SPGDT dan rekomendasi integrasi materi ke dalam pembelajaran Keperawatan Gawat Darurat serta Manajemen Bencana.
