Abstrak

Anemia pada remaja masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang dapat berdampak pada penurunan konsentrasi, produktivitas belajar, dan kualitas hidup. Rendahnya asupan zat besi, kebiasaan makan yang kurang sehat, serta rendahnya kepatuhan konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) menjadi faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap tingginya risiko anemia pada remaja, khususnya remaja putri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membentuk agen perubahan gizi remaja melalui pendidikan anemia dan pemanfaatan bahan pangan susu dan kurma menjadi HemoDates sebagai alternatif pangan fungsional pencegah anemia. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 13 Mei 2026 di SMK Negeri 1 Tuban dengan melibatkan 34 siswa kelas X yang terdiri dari 38,23% laki-laki dan 61,76% perempuan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penilaian status gizi menggunakan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dan Lingkar Lengan Atas (LiLA), pendidikan gizi mengenai anemia, serta demonstrasi pembuatan HemoDates. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan anemia. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki status gizi normal berdasarkan IMT (74,47%) dan LiLA normal pada remaja putri (73,91%), meskipun masih ditemukan responden berisiko KEK. Responden diajak secara langsung untuk terlibat dalam pembuatan HemoDates dan diberikan produk tersebut setelah demonstrasi. Respon responden selama pembuatan HemoDates menunjukkan penerimaan yang baik. Responden menilai langkah-langkah pembuatan cukup praktis dan menggunkan bahan yang mudah, mengindikasikan Hemodates dapat diterima dan memiliki aksepbilitas untuk diproduksi kembali secara mandiri. Tingkat pemahaman responden meningkat dari 32,35% pada pre-test menjadi 88,23% pada post-test. Perubahan hasil test tersebut menujukkan peningkatan pengetahuan remaja mengenai anemia dan pemanfaatan HemoDates serta berpotensi mendukung upaya pencegahan anemia di lingkungan sekolah.
